Super 8 By Wyndham Watertown Motel, Watertown

The hotel was spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness fell short of expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing good service.

The hotel rooms were really warm and looked significantly larger in the photos, but unfortunately, I found tons of long hair all over the bathroom. The service was very forthcoming and genuinely apologetic when I approached the check-in desk, and they even reduced the bill by $10. However, they overcharged for the room and didn't address the issue of a room deodorizer causing an asthma attack. The location was good and close to where I needed to be, but the noise from outside, like the TV not working properly, was a bit of a setback. The dining was a mix with great choices like waffles or biscuit and gravy, but sometimes it was a disaster with no coffee, waffle mix, and very little variety. The facilities were average.

When we checked in, the room was filthy, which was disappointing. Despite that, the room turned out to be very comfortable, but it reeked of stale smoke. The pricing for senior citizens wasn't as cheap as expected.
